DO NOT GO THERE!, "Do not give them your card information, they'll keep charging your card for whatever reason.", Don't use this website, scammers. Once you subscribe you can't unsubscribe and they just continue to charge you.
When contacted they instructions to go to settings however, there is no settings option.

The business cards I got looked nothing like what I ordered. I have sent multiple emails trying to resolve this issue with no one helping me.
I was shipped another customer's cards who lives in Wisconsin; I'm in Florida. I eventually had to ship the other client's cards personally and pay for the shipping, because no one ever returns emails! That's why you don’t have a phone number!
All I want is my money back and to never have to deal with you again! I have 500 business cards I can't use and Brand Crowd doesn't care.

Do not give them your credit card. They will take away 15$ of your money off of your bank account every month without your consent!

I was searching for a logo last month dec 2024, u saw this website that is brandcrowd..I dint purchase any logo, but today they have deducted 15 dollars from my credit card without any prior notice , u dint get any OTP also for money deduction..pls refund my money

Delivered product other than purchased
I designed a logo online and after receiving multiple sales emails from them I decided to purchase it. In the e-mail it showed a picture of the logo I had designed and there was a button I could click to purchase it.
I clicked the button, paid the price, and then a screen came up tell me I could download it. The screen that came up had a logo that was not mine. I immediately emailed support as instructed, explained the situation and asked that I received the correct logo. This began a series of emails back and forth with the support employee by the name of Jorel.
He spoke to me in a very condescending tone and told me that I had made assumptions and that I had created this logo. I told him for religious reasons I would never create this logo and I wanted the correct logo as pictured in the e-mail which I provided him. He continued to argue with me back and forth in emails and spoke to me in a very condescending tone and told me despite my assumptions they could not bend the rules. I asked to speak to someone higher up, he refused and again told me that they would not be swapping out the logos.
His most recent email said, No authority will curtail our policy. Please don't think that you can bend the rules to fit your request. Asking for a higher authority knowing full well that you've already made your purchase, edited them, and changed your mind after does not constitute a refund. Despite what he says the incorrect logo was not downloaded and it was not altered in any way.
He has not been able to provide proof that this happened because it did not happen. I have the full series of emails to support my experience and I am in the process of filing complaint as well as the dispute with my credit card company.

Been waiting weeks for my order. There is no estimated time, no tracking, no correspondence, completely unprofessional. I am going to have to go through my bank to cancel this order.

Can’t cancel service
I have emailed them 5 times to cancel my service shut down account yet every month I get charged. Cancel anytime they said nope cant do that to save your life. So frustrated beyond words.
